Shipping

Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday are delivered the following day. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday unless Saturday delivery is specified.
Half price shipping is applied to orders over £50 and delivery is free of charge for orders over £70. Due to the fact Rhythm Products are perishable, goods must be left at the delivery address on the first day of delivery. They cannot be taken away by the courier for re-delivery on another day. If goods are to be left in a specific location (i.e. behind a gate or with a neighbor) then they must  be refrigerated as soon as possible. International shipping can be discussed on a one to one basis depending on the destination.

Packaging

We use environmentally friendly recyclable card board  cartons and as our  chilled box insulation, biodegradable 100% wool  material that can also be utilized for  hanging baskets, protection for plants and trees from frost, picnic hampers, lagging pipes, loft insulation  and many more uses. Our vegan customers  have the option of expanded polystyrene  but this is non biodegradable. Our premium range of Life shots are now packed in a layer of large bubble wrap that can easily be reused and recycled.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your shopping but if you unhappy in the slightest we would rather know about it. If you have an issue with your delivery, to return a product or report a damaged product please email us at sales@rhythmhealth.co.uk

14-Day Guarantee

If you decide you don’t want any item in your order you can return it to us within 14 days in the condition in which it arrived and we will issue you a full refund for the item. (Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item if it is not faulty). All product shipped will have an agreed minimum 14 day shelf life. Any product accepted by you which is left to go outside its shelf life is no longer the responsibility of Rhythm and therefore cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged Products

Whilst we try very hard to deliver your items to you in perfect condition if you do receive any that are damaged or faulty then we will issue a replacement product free of charge.
