Gut Brain Health
Your gut talks to your brain all day long
The science behind the connection, and what four weeks of LifeShot showed.

The microbiome
Your inner ecosystem
Trillions of microbes live in your gut. Together they help you digest food, train your immune system and stay balanced.
From the moment we are born, trillions of tiny microbes begin to make their home in our gut. They are not just passing through. They become part of us, helping to shape the way our body digests, balances and responds to the world around us.
But like any living ecosystem, they need to be fed. They need fibre, real food, plants, and contact with a wide variety of natural microorganisms.
Thousands of years ago, life was different. Long before modern diets, processed foods and sanitised environments, our ancestors lived much closer to nature. They gathered food from the land, touched soil, ate seasonal plants, drank from natural sources and interacted with a far richer microbial world every single day. Their bodies were constantly meeting the kind of bacteria that modern life has slowly pushed away.
Today, many of us live disconnected from that natural rhythm. Our food is often processed, our environments are cleaner than ever, and our gut microbes do not always get the diversity they need to thrive. That is why Rhythm Health was created. To bring back a little of what modern life has taken away. A raw, live, plant-based way to support your inner ecosystem and help your gut reconnect with the natural balance it was always meant to have.

Twenty-eight days, one shot a day. Measured in the lab, before and after.
Your good bacteria, multiplied.
The bacteria that matter most didn't just grow. They surged
Increase after 4 weeks of LifeShot · Lab-measured by Genova GI Effects stool testing, before vs after.
A sharper, calmer mind.
After four weeks, LifeShot drinkers were measurably quicker, steadier and happier
Memory accuracy climbed week after week in the LifeShot group, reaching 98%, while the control group's scores declined. (Delayed Matching to Sample, CANTAB — Cambridge Neuropsychological Test Automated Battery Measuring Brain function and brain disorders.)
Natural coconut fats
More than microbes
The cognitive improvements observed in the coconut kefir group may not only be linked to changes in the gut microbiome and short-chain fatty acids. Coconut naturally contains MCTs, a type of fat that can be quickly used by the body and support brain energy metabolism.
Although MCTs were not directly measured in the product, the coconut kefir contained 1.9g of saturated fat per serving. As coconut fat naturally includes MCTs, it is possible that these natural coconut fats have contributed to the cognitive benefits observed in the study.
Don't take our word for it

Running on empty?
You don't have to be an athlete. In our four-week study, LifeShot increased Veillonella by 55% in people who weren't training. It's the gut microbe that turns lactate into propionate, a natural fuel your body knows how to use. One shot a day, more energy less fatigue, exercise is optional, although recommended. 😊
Based on an independent study at London South Bank University (Bester, Mileva & Gaoua, 2026, DOI 10.20944/preprints202601.0406.v1), showing within-group changes over four weeks. Rhythm Health is a food supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
